Merhaba Güvenli site değil yazıyor adres çubuğunda tarayıcıların hepsinde bağlı olduğum hosting
firması ssl sertifikası yüklendi ama yine güvenli değil deniyor site üzerinde de işlem yapılması gerekiyormuş nerden yapacağım lütven yardımcı olabilirmisiniz.

It does sound more like a problem with a browser "plugin" though rather than anything on your site directly unless it was rated as 'unsafe' for some reason.

Are you able to contact the plugin/antivirus people to tell them your site is marked incorrectly ? :)

Your links on the site now reflect that you changed the forum url to https, now add a redirect to force users to https via htaccess

In Admincp Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details change all http:// to https://

Fix the image paths i showed in my picture above, they need to be https as well or pages with images hard linked to http will make the site show a insecure page

Im not the author of those links in the image, thats from your website.
