How about putting how many the hacks a user has done in the postbit underneath their name etc.

It would be cool, in thought...but then think about this:

FireFly has released 27 hacks. That's a lot of room to take up on the left side of the page...in every post....and considering most hacks names are too long to fit in the small width of the postbit area.....

To be honest I would love to do this, the only problem is I don't know how.
Sure it's easy, I can just add a query to the getpostbit() function, but that would really slow down display of showthread, and I'm not willing to make that sacrifice.
Or I can just store that number in a user field, but that would require updating it on so many places or it won't be accurate.

I'll probably use the second method, beta test is until I can make sure it's working fine, then make it publicly available.
But it will take a while, I still have a lot of stuff to do on this board.
