Install Instructions:

1. Upload files from Upload-Folder to your forum root directory
2. Import XML Product
3. Set usergroup permissions in acp/usergroups
4. Acp/vBTube 4/vBTube Options/
Enter your fourm url. Example : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru
5. Create Categories
6. Add Videos - add minimum 10 videos to 3 different categories, to make the index page full.

This is not an upgrade from 2.1.1 LE - Its a completely new written addon!

Installed on vB4.13pl8 ... went fine ... :up:

Added home page URL to ACP options and turned ON settings for Admin group to test.... :up:

Added a category .... :up:

Went to home page and nothing appears.. no tab called VIDEO anywhere on any style selected including the default style... :confused:

Is there a entry Videos ?

V4.1 series does NOT have a Navigation Manager ..

Just to see if this thing works at all, I can add a link via a secondary add-on, but to test that, I need to know what the link is that gets called if someone clicks on VIDEOS...

Ok... managed to get it going somewhat, but it has a lot of issues...

1. When adding a video from YouTube it generates an error. (see attached). However, if you go on it does add the video.

2. The added videos don't appear under "Latest from Categories".

3. When one clicks on the video, it goes to a screen with information about the video at the bottom, but no video appears above that .. (see attached)

4. Even though the Usergroup setting is OFF for all other user-groups, when I click on forumurl/ytm.php it still takes anyone from the restricted user groups to the VIDEOS page to view the videos.

I gave up at this point.... ;)

Perhaps I should just uninstall it as it doesn't appear that it will work with 4.1 versions of vBulletin ..

Its conflicting with a other javascript.
wz_tooltip.js is not a vbtube file.

https is only supported in the pro version, thats why you dont see the Video.

That doesn't explain all the other issues?

I have a question. The view/counter. How this is working ?

I found a bug, when deleting a video. After deletion it does not redirect to the index page. I see the viewing page with empty title, description. Not a big deal but would be cool you can fix this, because i wanna go live.

Also is it possible to upgrade to the pro version any time without loosing videos, comments ??

Browser cookies + ip check. So this means that registered users and guests counted only 1 time.
After 15 minutes users and guests counting again. If you need more time range you can change this in the code. I think that 15 minutes is ok.

I'll fix the delete bug this weekend. No problem.

Yes you can upgrade anytime because DB Structure is the same as pro version...

I will definetely go pro when my users like it.
