Hello everyone

I tired to vote for this product but unfortunately the system didn't allow me. I installed it on my VB5 5.2.2 and worked like charm.

My members are going crazy over it and loving it. Another feature that is making it as a smart solution that you can use Telegram application to your chat box for more members interaction.

I upgraded to 5.2.3 and works with no issues at all

5.2.4 - works fine

This install went well on a clean 5.2.4 instance. Only problem I can see is it removes my ability to enter site builder. The links to enable/disable site builder are gone. They return when I disable the hook.

how can I delete messages?

to delete messages go to http://www.chatbro.com/en/account/ and view your chat. you can delete one by one or all messages.

This is not working when trying to connect/sync with existing groups. It works in the website, but not in vbulletin.

I installed it but so far nothing loads/appears on the forum home page.

*Update - I uninstalled chatbro. First I noticed that it was not allowing access to the Site Builder, then it was causing 504 errors when trying to access the site so I uninstalled and deleted chatbro.

ChatBro's starting floating button was there for a while on my forum first screen in the bottom right corner. I looked to move it to the top right corner and it disappeared.

Right now, I have a tab opening up a new chat window. As I try to figure out what I did wrong.

I would not install any of these onto anything other than a TEST forum. They are too old, and have not been updated in too long.

You should always maintain a test forum in a password protected directory.

If it works on your Test forum, then go from there.

I figured it out.

I created a new NavTab and put CharBro embedded code from their website with the targeted URL being my main URL in the Tab boxes.

You click on the new ChatBro Tab and the ChatBro popup will appear.

Upload all the files to CPanel
Install XML Product

Add the Header embed code provided on your Chatbro web panel between the <head></head> tags on header css templates in your VBulletin ACP.

Thats all! No adding Nav links or other code elsewhere.
