woow awesome
|
Reminds me of tynt....
|
Yeah but with tynt you needed a account, ant it had external content.

Why doesn't it work with IE?
|
Because IE is a dinosaur. :) There may be some fixes somewhere to make it work in IE.
|
Nice!
|
Nice idea. I use tynt at the moment, it has more options and useful reports. But this is very useful for those who don't like external content.

I tested also for older Versions using document mode and had no luck. |
What is it that is not working? The display after pasting, or the copying not picking up what it should.

anyway I updated the JavaScript now and it should be working on major browsers and IE>8 |
Is there a way to keep the link remains (hidden) with the copied content even after removing the
"Read More at : ....." text with the link?! Sorry for asking if anything beyond technology limit?! Thanks in Advance. |
Works great! Thank you!
|
Eccellent!!
|
any idea
can i use this for per forum i mean per section ? example i want copy text in this section: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=245 not here https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=246 any implement |
Man... this is really cool. Many thanks!!
|
Very nice. Thanks. Is is possible that if a member copies text and posts it back in our forum (like when replying to a post) it won't display the link - it just posts the link when copying to other sites.

Makes sense ;) |

If this occurs it'll be much better and I'll test it myself then. On another note there's no screenshots in post 1. |

How about one for 3.8.3 :)
|
I have an issue with that mod. When I am logged in and try to paste and copy some text (or even try to quick reply with quote), the text in the wysiwyg editor isn´t shown. But if you swap from wysiwyg to the source-editor, it´s all there.
Anyone else experiencing this? |
Yes,
I was also having the same problem and hence uninstalled. |
Thanks for your reply. Hence uninstalled, too.

could you please tell me what browser you are using , what steps to reproduce that ? |
Quote:
|
yes , I reproduced it on Firefox
I'm working on it now , thank you! |
Bug fixed , thanks for letting me know :)
|
This would be perfect if it was possible to make the link rel="nofollow". Otherwise I am a bit apprehensive about having these links all over. I wioll try it though with the url aspect off! Nice option!
Much better then tynt which adds characters to urls! |
I am not seeing a space in between the pasted content and the url.
For example: 2015 MMA Fight ScheduleRead more at :http:/ |
Same here. I tried to add a space, but doing it in the xml it just takes it out when you reload it, and it strips it in the options as well.

You can edit copyright_text template and add space just after
HTML Code:
{vb:raw vboptions.bridge2heyday_readmore_text} HTML Code:
'\n\n {vb:raw vboptions.bridge2heyday_readmore_text} ' |
Linking to copied third party content is not a valid copyright notice. It also fails the litmus test of fair use. I would certainly hope no one thinks this is a legal defense to a claim of copyright infringement.
