Account info works for me Ozzy maybe he fixed it
Tested on Firefox as I don't have the other browser will let others test it

You have two default styles you need to delete one of them and only keep the one that has no changes

Really strange I have not come across that before.

Are you sure when you tested this on a default style, it was completely default, meaning no template edits, and with hooks turned off at the same time?

yes i never edited the default style . realy weird bug i mean its working great on other browsers . means my system aint broken since no other browsers have this problem .

once agian . Google Chrome browser has this problem . thats what i ask . why i cant log in with Chrome browser

What modification uses this id - mgc_cb_evo_refresh_button ? It is used multiple times and some browsers will barf when an id is used more than once. So, fix that issue (or disable the modification), and then see if you still have the same problem.

But the OP states he turned off all mods and the issue still persisted.

Please turn them off if you want us to look into the issue. We cannot tell if it is a modification if you don't turn them off. Let us know when they are off and the default style is available to pick.

Unfortunately, you still have the hooks enabled. A quick scan of your page shows JavaScript errors on your "TopStats" modification.

Use your browser's development tools "Console" and eliminate the JavaScript errors by disabling the modifications that are causing the errors (as @Lynne referred to by disabling hooks/plugins) then retest your log-in.

You don't need to keep it off all day. It might be best to allow someone here access to fix the problem or to see what the problem is. If it was me I would fully remove that chat box and install dbtech one

To completely debug this once and for all.

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then try logging in the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Maybe you have modified the default master style as I see problems with JavaScript which is affecting your MD5 encoding on "log-in". JavaScript errors can present differently among the multitude of browsers. :) Sorry, I cannot be more helpful, as there are too many variables at this point to diagnose. :)
