Can't connect as licenced member

Hi everybody,

i am a user of the german vbulletin community and can't view the vbulletin.org site as licensed member. I checked already my mail dates on the german vbulletin.de page. It is no more possible to connect automaticly from the german servers to the vbulletin.org page as licensed member?

Thanks in advance.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed.

To be able to download modifications and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-Germany users click here) and enter your email address. You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

To protect our customers privacy you will also need to Opt-In to license validation for all Support Sites. You must authorise vBulletin.org in order to validate your license status here. You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.

The update of your account can take up to one hour.

Thank you.

Hello,

thank you. I checked already all those informations yesterday. Do you need my german customer number to validate it manually?

thanks in advance

You are showing up as a Licensed member just fine now.

The VBG licence checker wasnt functioning, its back running atm

(Actually, its limping a bit, and needs more treatment, but should just about be working).

I don't think it was just the German one, because I was having the same problem earlier trying to confirm my email as well. After a little while, it worked on it's own!

Thanks

You showed up in the expected time, it is not instant, it usually takes +/- a hour.

I can find no customer account associated with the email you used here. You need to use the same email or enter it into the Priority Support Form (as explained in post 2).
