Bouncing mails
Hello, I've a problem with the notification of the forum. It happens that the user email is no more valid, so when he receives a notification I receive this email:
Code:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. Can you help me please? |
Its not a spam issue, please read the last line of the message you received, it cant be delivered when the virtual mailbox doesnt exist.
Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table |

Well, it may help to actually post the response from the server responding that your a spammer.
It would also help if you actually create the virtual mailbox its trying to deliver to. |

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: So, first I've to try a solution to stop these bouncing mails, then I'll focus on how to exit from the blacklist. Can anyone help to stop the boungin mails? |
With out your domain to reference a DNS query & validation, not much ppl can suggest.
You can start by validating your DNS for your domain & that it passes all required checks, spf etc You can also check your domain & ip on the dns blacklists via numerous sites. You can submit a spam list removal typically thru any ISP your sending to. If your going to post for help, dont remove critical info that you did. |

I'm sorry if I haven't posted these informations, the fact is that I was looking more in how to stop bouncing mails before start to work to whitelist my website. I've find this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...23#post2467723 and it seems that it's what I'm looking for. Has anyone tryed it? |
Its more likely that you was flagged a spamemr based on the amount of email you sent to gmail.it, not because of bounces on accounts that dont exist, but that also plays a factor, as gmail has no bulk sender list available for the public, you will simply have to wait it out with gmail, they will eventually remove you on their own.
The hack in question, ive never used. How many emails are you sending out a hour / day etc to gmail, must be a lot for them to blacklist your IP |

Id check your email log then & verify that is actually the case with out bound email to those ISP's & its not a issue with your server being compromised.
As i said, there is no bulk sender list for gmail, so you'll have to wait them out. |
You need to set up an SPF then your mails will go to their intended place! this might help http://www.spfwizard.net/

His domain already has SPF, its not the reason they are failing.
