Having Issuse
 

I am posting this thread here because I don't know where else to turn basically I am upgrading from the 4.2.1 to the 4.2.2 and I am installing and all went fine till I reached 31 of 33 its 68% done but its been there for well over an hour, I went to vBulletin.com support forums but for some reason I cant post a thread or even post in a thread or even message some one, If any one can help me I would appreciate it.

And no I didn't :( I went back to the 4.2.1 and now I am re uploading the files for 4.2.2 I had a problem with my server I had to do a power cycle, hopefully now it will be fine I will find out after the files are finished being uploaded :)

Weird my server went off again why would an upgrade be killing my server like this? it only made it 28% this time

Your server is doing what - restarting in the middle of the upgrade? Are there errors in the error_logs from just before this happens?

No there was no error it would just stop but the upload icon would keep moving not sure was weird text support helped me, executed more time for the php lol or some thing like that

I have no clue on the Foromon mod, I bought it way back, but never used it. I would upgrade at least the DBTech mods, cause when your server upgrades to php 5.4 you will see warnings/errors from those.

lol oh no way did I goto the 5.0 no I upgraded to the 4.2.2 I notice the problems that was going on with the 4.2.2 so I did not upgrade right away

Oh yeah right php lol ok so I got the shout box pro that I noticed wont stop loading... I take it I should update that also

yeah really im waiting for the Forumon to be replied, I upgrade every thing from my desk top and my girl has that now so I will deal with the shout box later I got all the other modifications upgraded all but the Shoutbox and the 2 Lite versions that i still have Super Message and Donation which I believe their both your mods right?

They were, but since I no longer work for them, they have been taken over by someone else.

So you said on your own? are you starting your own thing?

Not as a paid site, just releasing mods for free on here, and may open a site up to report bugs and feature requests for my products. But trying to do that and supporting my mods, plus working 40+ hours a week time becomes hard to find. :)

Oh I hear you on that I work 40 - 50 - 60 hour weeks some times I have to be on the road away from home like last summer I did a big job in Cape Code I stayed there all summer and running a gaming community, programing and designing a website its a lot of work especially for me lol I don't know a lot about computers I know a bit, but i know more about websites lol and I don't know to much lol but I am learning and thats what its all about tho, not giving up!!!!
