The whats going on bar would look better if it was red and that also goes for the headers on your side bar. Your ad on the side bar is a bit too long but if you swap it over with the facebook one would look better with that length

Oh yes I definitely agree with this, it's pagination 101 - don't have images guiding the eye off the page, have them direct the eye inward. This applies to faces, and yes cars, boats, trucks.

Sorry I was on about the skin he is using it's called Defraction from PureVB and you have to pay to remove branding..
