Unregistered users getting banned message
 
Hello guys,

Since my forum got hacked I facing different problem everyday.....

There is a new problem today visitors/unregistered users getting this message

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

.................................................. ..............

And some how (Unregistered/not logged in) usergroup is also deleted I have created new group but still nothing happend....

Please help me with this issue

That group can not be deleted as its one of the default groups so dont know where you seeing that info. Maybe got renamed check group id 1 this is the group id for Unregistered / Not Logged In and rename it if needed.
In that group go to Usergroup Options/This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group = Yes

As I Mentioned earlier my default usergroups are getting deleted for some reason.....i really have no idea why is this happening today Super Mod and Mod usergroups has been deleted.

Sounds to me like your site has been compromised. I would suggest doing the following.

First you need to follow our advisory about deleting the install folder off your forums.

Then please read the following two blog posts:

Dear @ozzy you can give everyone this thing please do not gave this again.. we already done these thing when vbulletin announced this notice.......... if you have other idea about this then explain this............please do not mind if you solve your problem using this then it is not mean all others problem solved using this thing......where are the vbulletin staff ???? still no one reply us boht vb.com or .org posts..........thumbs down vbulletin staff and team.

Again, I will give this info to everyone who posts about their site getting hacked. Please do not come into other peoples threads and hijack them with your posts, stick with your thread.

i do not hijack tha thread this post is posted our other admin that is why i create a new thread and our other admin posted this thread that hi start few days ago. check before post.

It's not his job to check whether you and your other admin make double posts under different usernames. How should he even do that?

But Seriously I am so upset with the new problems every other day.....

I tried doing every possible thing even the two links posted by ozzy47.....

Do we have any other option??
