Dont see anything wrong with the navbar but you dont seem to have the default style
To create the default style with no parent: Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style Parent Style: No Parent Style Title: Default Style Allow User Selection: Yes Display Order: 1 Save |
I do have a default style. The style i have just added into the link above is one i have just installed but having problems with the navbar. Just tried it on another computer and noticed it only shows my default style.
Not sure how to show you it if its not set as default. :( --------------- Added [DATE]1367808880[/DATE] at [TIME]1367808880[/TIME] --------------- Please take a look now i have set it as default |
When I say default I mean the skin you get when first installed. Doing the above will reinstall it if you have it missing and will install it without any changes to it
|
oh i see.
I have now got the style i was having problems with set as default can you see that ok? The navbar problem should also be visable. |
You mean the over lapping of tabs. You seem to be missing some navbar templates

I had similar issues when I upgraded from 4.2.0 to 4.2.1.
To push the navbar down I changed the height in the style var to 44px to have it more centered. Looks much better now. Probably not the best fix but it works. |
Can you explain please how i could do this? Thanks so much.

Anyone?

What do you have set for stylevar navbar_tab_size (make sure your units are set) and navbar_tab_padding ?

Style Manager > find style > Style Variable Editor <- those are stylevars

I'm looking at the html code in the Chrome developer tool and it's a mess (no surprise). You must have some modified templates from an earlier version of vBulletin. What version were you using when you first installed GrayFolio style?
|
The only thing I can think of is the style you are using is outdated please go to where you got it and get the latest version
|
I'm using GrayFolio without any problems. I had to do some work in the Navigation Manager when I upgraded to vB4.2.0. Could be some products are incompatible

But looks like others have had problems too. Just need to fix the navbar and i would be happy. |

putting up a test forum for it wont be long now
edit: there is bad coding in vbulletin-chrome.css revert it and it will fix your problem but it will only work for the black as the rest are messed up so much. The best thing you can do is forget this skin and install one that works. The reason it has not been recoded right from 4.1.10 it is still using the coding from that version try this one way better than the crap above |
