Database Error
My server went down for some reason and after my host brought it back up I've been getting this error on my site
Code:
Database Error Database error You can see it here: http://astropid.com/forums/content.php I have no idea how to even begin to look because of a lack of an actual error and my host is being no help. Any help is appreciated, thanks. |

Cloudflare runs your Nameservers for your domain turning this off or deleting it causes it to stop your site from working. You will need to login into your host and put them back to what they where

Did you add a new plugin or change something before this happened
|
Try re-uploading all your core vbulletin files via ftp, make sure not to re-upload install/install.php and make the changes you need to includes/config.php before upload, there's no need to upload the images file again.
|
What is the actual database error getting mailed to you?

You didn't accidentally delete your config.php file? Or not enter the correct information into it? (And when you check it, make sure the email entered in there is valid for getting the database errors.)

putting in a support ticket would be the next step
|
Your main site address (http://astropid.com) works because it's an HTML document, not PHP. And it doesn't access the database at all.
It looks to me like either your database is completely gone, or the info in config.php is in fact wrong. But the part that bothers me most is that you're not getting any email. That could be a site configuration problem where the site is unable to send email. So like ForceHSS said, a support ticket might be needed. |
My host is currently taking a look and trying to fix it so hopefully they can do something, otherwise I'll put a support ticket in.
Thanks guys |
