Does this work with vBadvanced?
VB4.2 PL3 |
Yes the navigation items will show up on the vBAdvanced pages. It should work with all vB4 versions.
Chris |
When you say branding free -This mod doesn't add a link to your site at the bottom of EVERY page on my site right?
|
Yes it does, as the navigation items show up on all pages.
Chris |
Ok, ok, last question. It is a No Follow correct?
|
With the Pro version it allows you to set a no_follow to each one if desired.
Chris |
Title in your post is wrong :) it says why use vbphrases.
|
Fixed, thanks.
Chris |
Might try this out on a board where I care less about SEO - because irrelevant "Do_Follows" on the homepage are very bad for Google rankings, according to Matt Cutts last video. Sweet mod though
|
I have installed this. I have a custom header and had to move it down some so that it was not covering up the image.
Is there a way to move the navigation bar ??? |
There is a stylevar, dbtech_custom_nav_top found in the group DragonByteTechMods, increase the number found there till is shows correctly.

Updated to v1.2.0
Feature: Added DBTech Affiliate ID support. Feature: Added a setting to disable the navigation items on any styles you don't want them showing up on. Fix: Fixed a issue when turning off the auto deploy setting did not function as intended in some situations. Chris |

Installed and working. Have made a mod to the Navigation/Breadcrumbs Templates to prevent the original Navbar from double imaging. all good and works fine.

I did something similar to one of my sites about a year ago with just some simple css added to the additional template. ;)
Can add as many buttons you want. http://www.alienowners.com/ |

Works, but creates a gap between my header image and the default navbar.

Nice Mod! I've installed this on a test area first, is there a way to change the text within the tabs? Seems a bit bold for my liking.

So I've installed the dragon-bytes Custom Navigation mod and when enabled my navigation links get cut off.
Before Install: http://puu.sh/9RDBM/556f31f732.jpg After Install: http://puu.sh/9RDHo/d6ef343763.jpg I'm guessing its not compatible with my template. Anyone knowledgable, know how to fix this? |
Wait for the coder to get online if no reply in 24hrs I would post this on their site
