Help with register.php!

Hi everyone,
I have this theme on my forum ( it's my custom one ) and on firefox when someone goes to register it looks all messed up like this :

You have a few validation errors on that page, and probably wherever else that code shows up. Are you familiar with validation and correcting page errors? I notice I can't even run the validator on that page URL. I have to copy/paste the Source Code into the validator to see anything. But those code errors are probably the source of your wigginess in Firefox.

Page looks fine, so I'm guessing you resolved this???

Anyway, do something about this graphic when on register.php. Where it is, I cannot properly click "Complete Registration".

I get "Server Not Found" when trying to access the site.

Yeah , VPS has been messing up as stated earlier. I'll be moving servers shortly but i was going to see if i could fix this before i move.

Hmm that's weird. Some works on chrome and some works on firefox.

I can see the page now. It looks the same to me on both Firefox and Chrome and it looks just fine.
