Same. 3 attacks in the past 20 minutes from IPs

Same here....

Just got a ton of those as well. I think there are bots running and trying easy passwords, or the username as the password. It reported 3 different IP addresses.
200.84.91.249 202.4.114.18 200.54.78.66 |
Same here...

Same here.

This happens every so often, the site gets targeted by hackers looking for "weak" passwords...
No doubt they are trying the "username" as the password, and also the 10 or 15 most common passwords out there... (ie- "password", "1234", "12345," etc...) This is why it is important to have strong passwords. The built in "strikes" system in vBulletin makes true extended brute-force attacks impossible but unfortunately there are always people with weak passwords. |
I had the same thing.
112.133.201.69 124.81.117.36 187.20.208.16 202.164.34.76 |
same for me.
Got 3 emails 186.101.66.238 - Philippines 189.3.236.66 - Brazil 186.101.66.238 - Ecuador All 3 are known for spam. Changed my password |
Brute force attacks...
|
Same here. I just changed my password to something even more robust.
1 - The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 190.36.229.200 1 - The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 189.15.63.91 |
Same with me, changed my password. Concerned, because my password was not EASY... Could a hacker have accessed all user passwords on this site?

(apart from anything else, there would be no point in a brute force attempt if they had). |
I too:
218.108.85.59 |
A series of them here too.
186.215.97.193 201.75.0.235 182.72.148.211 177.23.181.82 Here's hoping they didn't actually manage to get into anyone's accounts. |
