I have researched a lot about file of the Arabic language. Did not find the appropriate file to copy vb3.8.7
Why not put Arabic language pack.
I parsed properly file my copy of where to get it.

The link in the last post is to a style, not a language pack. And furthermore, it was for vb2 which won't work for vb3 or vb4. The thread was deleted long ago by the original poster so it isn't available for download any longer.
