Account Issue
 

I have a strange issue, I don't understand why I can't vote on the Mod of the Month. I am the license owner and it says I don't have permission to vote.

I sent a request via contact us and this is what I was told:

I have had account issues in the past, and had to already create a new account as my original account was showing up as unlicensed and was not able to be resolved, this is starting to get annoying, thanks.

Are you using a proxy? i don't work here so can't really comment other than the usual "clear cookies and cache"

Nope not using a proxy, cleared cookies and cache, tried two different computers with two different ip's and same result. :(

Thanks for looking into it none the less, if it happens again I will start a new thread.

To vote in MOTM you must have at least 5 posts and have been a member for 30 days.

There is also no reason you needed to create a new account, I have no idea who you spoke to about showing up as unlicensed, but thats always fixable if you follow the instructions.

Thanks Paul, it was probably the post count!! I don't recall who I spoke to, I did follow all the instructions and it did not work for me. :(

The e-mail on that account is not asociated with any licence.

I forgot I changed my email there after I made the new account, so it's all sorted now, thanks Paul. :D
