Usergroup Legend

Description:
Displays a colored usergroup legend above the users list on the online users widget.

Installation Instructions:
  1. Upload the usergrouplegend folder to YOUR_ROOT_DIRECTORY\core\packages.
  2. The product will automatically install itself as soon as you load the frond end of your forum.
  3. Go to your Admin Control Panel --> Settings --> Options --> Usergroup Legend, and edit the displayed usergroups field so it matches your forum's usergroups hierarchy.

theonly issue i see with it is that the users dont change colour

That would be a bug in vBulletin not this mod.

VB5 products are not compatable in anyway or form, as the product/plugin system has been rewrote th

Great mod, thanks for the effort :)

I have just installed it but it is not displaying in the Online Users module.

Page is: http://www.fishingzone.com.au/forum/ForumsHome

I have tried removing the module from that page, save changes, turn off Site Builder, turn on Site Builder, Edit Page, add module, save changes, but it refuses to show up.

Are you sure there are usergroups selected in the mod's settings?

In the mod's settings, it has

Displayed Usergroups

6,5,7,2,8

which in our forum is 6 - Administrators, 5- super moderators, 7 - moderators, 2 - reg users, 8 - banned users

I was able to make this work in vBulletin 5.1.1 by modifying upload/core/packages/usergrouplegend/api/template.php with the following changes:
  • Change the function name bulk_fetch to fetchBulk
  • Change all references to widget_9 to widget_onlineusers

That should do it for you. Hope that helps! :)

should bring up a list of all installed products, on the right there should be a drop down box, find uninstall there

Should note, that if it does uninstall from there, then you need to remove any files that came with the mod.

Hi,
At my side in vb 5.1.5. it is not showing in who is online.
I uploaded required files already and the settings are show up but the legend is not visible still.
