got very big problem here

after i upgrade vb 4.2 pl2

View your session table in phpmyadmin and check your host column for the ip's of you and your users, are they all the same?

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

already do that but still same cannot Access my account

Disable cloud fare (if you use it), I've read on vbulletin.com that it causes problems by showing everyone with the same ip.

If you can't login you should use the tools.php file to reset the admin account....

Find the tools.php script in the do_not_upload folder of your vBulletin package and upload it to your admincp directory.

Then execute it from your browser, i.e. :www.yourdomain.com/forum/admincp/tools.php and select the appropriate option

To reset the failed login execute

Sorry bud, didnt see a notification for this, if all the IP's are the same, you will need to check your proxy, its not passing the real IP, are you running nginx as a front end proxy?

If you are, you will need to install mod_rpaf.
