So a bit of disturbing news about vBSEO was posted on Admin Talk this evening by the co-founder Ilia Muriente.

She included this video in the post along with a written overview of the situation.

That's sad. But you had to figure when family goes in together to form a company that something explosive is going to happen sooner or later. Sibling will bicker and fight. Sometimes it has a good ending and other times, well, not so much.
I don't use the product so I don't go to the forums there. But I do own my own business. If his forcing her out was legit then she don't have much of a leg to stand on. BUT if he didn't cross his T's and dot his I's a sharp corporate attorney can find a way to get back in.

There's two sides of this story and we're not hearing both of them. Hard to make a decision when you're only getting half the story...
