Password protected subforum
Is there a way to fix it so that a members login password could be used to access a sub-forum rather than having to create a password that has to b requested?
I would like it so that a member logs into the main forum, selects the password protected forum and a little box appears asking for their password. The same password that they used to logon to the main forum. I know I repeated myself, just wanted to be clear on what I would like accomplished. Thanks in advance. |
With some recoding anything is possible

Understood,
thought maybe someone had already done something like this and could post a solution. |
If they have I am sure either they got a coder and would not know what was done or done it them selfs and won't say as they don't want to do the work for free

What sort of Price do you think this sort of work would Cost guys?
|
That would depend on the coder as he/she knows how much work it would take and as you are one you should know this

We have a Committee section within our forum, which is created as an extra user group, and only members that are selected to this group can see it, no login required though, in theory you could create as many sub forums as you'd like.
