Then you have a problem no other way to get it. You will have to work out how to get access to that email

I can find this Custom Number in a file on my vbulletin?
There may not be able to do anything else.

your customer number are not in any vbulletin files only way to get it is to use the above link and get it sent to your email registered to the account on file

I have not seen the Customer Number, only License Number on every php file.

No, they are not. What you see in the files is the license number, not the customer number. ;)

Contact support@vbulletin.com with as much detail of your purchase as possible. They will tell you what information you need to provide.
