Adding a line under login info

Hello. I was wondering how would I be able to add a line to write something under the whole
"My Profile Settings Log Out"

It would be nice if there was an ad location there. But then I think we need lots more ad locations, just for the sake of choice.

FHSS is probably right that if you aren't a coder you're in for a lot of hassle doing a change like this. Maybe put it somewhere in one of the Header templates?
