What exactly do you want reviewed? You have an out-of-box vB 4.x install with generic forum index icons. Looks like the content and member participation is doing just fine though.

I'd recommend you immediately commission a logo design at least, as the forum has no real identity. The logo should be specific to the niche and if you can - why not custom your forum index icons to match the logo. It can be done and your membership base will likely appreciate you more for having done it :)

You have great activity. Lacks style, and your footer needs some attention. I am impressed that you have that much activity with just a straight forward default vbulletion. You have a good forum, depending on how much you like your forum I would do what the above stated and commision a full custom design. Job well done. You are the 1%

I think it's a great start.

Cons
Header too big.
Remove the '400,000+ posts' text in logo.
Place the header link ad text somewhere else.
Below navbar banners is not showing up ... I see a big white space.
I don't like the custom forum icons. It makes the whole site feel immature.

I liked your feedback and have done all the changes :

Header is now smaller,
removed the 400'000+ posts logo
removed the header ad link
banner not displaying - this is an issue with my ad serving
I also removed the crappy looking / childish forum icons, left some cooler ones.
