Very well put together and thought out condensed version there theflow.. hehe :)

We are not for sure as to if all these things will be released at once.. we can tell you they will work together, and can work seperate.. but some of the things, are kind of like addons to our stuff so they might be released at the same time or close... ToraTora!'s Mood Hack, and my Upload Script, are somewhat seperate in everyway from each other. Which.. for your information.. I am finalizing my upload script and hope to have it out soon, if not Tuesday.. by the end of the week.

Here is what I did today, I added a installation file, that has 6 steps that is like a summarization of what I do when installing this, so I am hoping it will be helpful. For the most part there is not much editing going on. Just adding code... and configuring code. :)

I will agree. Very nice job, and thanks again for taking the time to muddle through our 11 pages of updates, pictures, and basic formula to writing a 600 page novel. :)

I have redone the userprofile hack, into a multi page set, that looks pretty damned snappy if i do say so myself. Gone is the cramped conditions pictured in the module above, and added will be a area just for the conditions that you the user add in the user profile options area. (a basic template, all that will be needed, is for the admin of the board, to enter in the number to the field that he added to the user profile area. So, if a administrator added "gender" as a custom field in his admin panel, he could than add the number of that field to the pre configured area in that template module)

Brad and myself also have created a monster of a uploader to add pics to the mini gallery as well. There is a mini gallery now included with this userprofile hack, which is pretty sweet. :)


I will add pics up here asap. The pictures i have in the gallery currently are to keep my attention focused on the hack, and basically they would not go over to well here with the female gender of this commuity, so, when i get those removed, i will post the pages of the multi page user profile hack.

There is alot more i have to add into this, but if you notice there is a sort of navagaion feel to this set up. Each button, takes you to a different part of the user profile.

here is the gallery...it is a bit unflattering though...picture in your mind the mini gallery which shows the three stalls, with three more below it. (it has a total of 6 stalls for uploads, with descriptions for each picture. :)

(the screen shot was a biggin, and i had to compress the living hell out of it, and resize it to get this screen shot somewhat reasonable for download....so those who dont mind a little wait, hit the button below to veiw a small part of the gallery)

i am glad that there was no release yet, because everyday, there is more stuff crammed into it..lol..so, the documentation keeps changing, the code keeps changing, and worst of all, my free time stays the same. :)

Anways, i added the last page to the multi page hack.
Like i stated above, this will be a general template for people to add whatever they want if they use the optional profile fields in the control panel. (which i think is a good idea anyways..lets people get to know one another a little bit better i think..)

Also, throughout time, there will be modules, or styles that will be incorperated for this basic layout, so once you have the initial multipage hack installed, and you want to give it a different look, all you will need to do, is either make your own, or choose from some of the modules that we will have lined up in the future.

Yes, it is basic web design, however, to get some of the things to display where, and how they did, was not html in any way shape or form.
I think personally its a pretty neat idea actually, that lets the user just plop in a design they want, and go onto the next thing.

The mood hack, if all goes well, has two more weeks before my stipulated "knock it the hell off, and release it already" time line.
most of that will be remaking the documentations.

I just wanted to say that these hacks look great. Please work on the member rating system.... it is very much needed!!! If you need any ideas, I have a ton of them.

Wanted to look at the hack b/c I'm trying to split the user profile into multiple pages -- sounds sort of like what you're doing?
