The chat is there.
Maybe you are blocking the script.

I suggest adding the ability to open chats in their own window so they don't have to reload every page change.

"Premium" plan ($49) is for large sites.
A "Free" (free) or "Basic" ($10) should be enough.

Testing the demo... If I close the Public Chat, how to re-open it? And... there's no notification on window's title (New message chat) if the chat window is active while surfing other stuff?

Currently, if window is active it thinks that your are reading. Would be great to detect this, added TODO list. Thanks.

Installed chat on our pre-release installation and it worked perfect. Pre-release is http://prerelease.mydomain.com

Created new chat with proper directory settings to no avail. Installed on root domain and will not connect.

Have uninstalled, deleted files, re-uploaded, re-installed.

I also can not ping http://uswest1.bowobcloud1.com/

That too bad something good not charge there!Unfortunately, the messages are not saved is probably because that it externally nen server is... pity the the idea is very good but unfortunately have taken an API..

Was working up until 2 days ago now just says - just says "Chat ( Loading... )"

Cant get support cos you have to pay, rubbish, will be uninstalling

I got this to work when it wasn't working by editing bowob.php and changing error_reporting to 7 instead of ALL. The output of the file was being flooded by warnings of depreciated functions.
