This is an awesome addition considering that spammers have now cracked recaptcha! I have a very small forum just launched a couple months ago. Only 180 members to date. There is quite a bit of activity on it so far... but I have the Glowhost spam mod in place and had not had a single infiltration until a day ago. All of a sudden... got spammed twice. Lo and behold today I find the post in the lounge that recaptcha has been broken. ding ding ding. This mod will come in EXTREMELY handy!!! 5 stars!!!

I am just letting you know some small spelling issues that you can correct. Nothing major but would be nice to be proper english.

Stoper = Stopper
Where it says "Plugin enable or disaple" disaple = disable

That is sex. Some m*f* spammers with xrumer 7 have ruined my life =D thanks for the combined thang!

Please explain when you say solves that. It still displays the same ReCaptcha that is crack and added a question that you can also do in the user profile field. I just don't see where it has stopped or solved anything.

Exactly....... no magic here, but your concept is good for combining the two.:)

Hopefully ReCaptcha will come out with their video version soon.

We each have our own opinion on this.

The combine two will stop cyber-bots from registering. In my opinion, this solves the issue.

For some reason ReCaptcha doesn't show on registration,. I have set it all up in the Admin panel, put in the codes from ReCaptcha and it is all set up and the ticked for registration in the Options part of my Admin CP. but still doesn't show.

What directory to upload the extra PNG images? Or are they not needed?

I really hope this helps against the influx of bots who get through recaptcha.

I'm running 4.1.0 PL2 and have downloaded the BF-Spammer Stoper v1.0.0.zip, extracted it and I assume I just upload the 2 files to the obvious folders as below:

forums > includes > xml > cpnav_bfspmstoper.xml
forums > admincp > verify_new.php

as I have done exactly that and on refreshing the admin cp I expected to see something different in the Admincp > settings > Human Verification section but it's as it was before I uploaded the files, have I done it right ?

Yes you have done things right, but not finished it yet.

In addition to uploading those two files you then have to go to AdminCP > Plugins & Products > Manage Products > then click Add/Import Product and select the Product file from the download.

Once the product is installed and the AdminCP refreshes you should see an option called "BF-Spammer Stoper" in the left hand column above settings, or there-abouts.

Does not support Facebook registration.

I enabled recaptcha but the human verifcation isn't showing up still, is it because my template is modified? Maybe I'm missing something?
