Description:
With this hack poll results will be show in descending order depending the number of votes, instead of being ordered by the options.

Installation:

1. Import "product-order_poll_results.xml" as a product, overwrite if it's already installed

Where to set option:
Settings-> Options-> Poll and Thread Rating Options-> Show poll results in descending order?

Can you add the version check url so we can be notified of any updates with the Version Check mod?

As I am using the same product id as in previous versions (3.7, 3.8) vB.org does not allow it. But I am currently doing my own check, which will be finished in the next days and added to all my vB 4 and greater add-ons.

This doesn't appear to be working for me on vBulletin 4.1.2. It's showing the options prior to voting in descending order but the results in poll order. Basically the wrong way around than what I expected by installing this mod. A fix would be nice. Please?

Yes, unfortunately new votes on the polls are coming out all over the place. Uninstalled...

I uninstalled it, but essentially what happened is that with the mod the old votes would show in the descending order as described, but any new votes to the poll were actually assigned to the options in their original position, not the "new" position shown by the mod.

Really can not confirm this.

I've had to unistall too as it was giving wrong results. People voted on a question but the results showed their vote as different. It seemed that the questions when written by the OP were in reverse order when posted. Nice mod if it is fixed.

Same here. Nothing nice though since it took me some work to change the votes of the users via DB.

Yes, there is a bug.

My poll requires only 3 of 12 choices to be ticked.

It then allocates the votes to the wrong order - probably the original order - or maybe the new descending order.
It is a great idea - but for such a glaring bug to have been included, I'm afraid that it must not have been tested very well.

While you are working on this, it would be nice to have the option to show the graph horizontally, vertically, pie chart etc.
