Hi all,

Today i have my latest release, i spent quite some time on this one so i hope you guys like this also.

Features:

- vBulletin 4x full CMS styled
- Various vBulletin 4x style bugs addressed
- Social networking features implemented (really helps with social traffic)
- Basic Custom statusicons included
- Instructions included for removal of the social icons (i recommend leaving them on tho)
- Customized postbit / Userinfo (looks great)
- Style will be updated to the latest VB4 version ASAP (as with all my styles)

EDIT: 14/10/2010... updated the package, sticky threads are now fixed also the notice background has been fixed also. Next major update will be for 4.0.8 / 4.1 (most likely 4.1 as the 4.0.8 update will allow for older styles to be imported without causing any conflicts)

For some reason this doesnt work on this style.

It works on all other styles I have but this one.

I see the blue box but the info doesnt show in it.

Hmm i am not sure why, all mods should still work fine because the style is designed from the base default vBulletin 4x style,

Yeah, its weird cause I have all your other styles installed and it works fine on them. :confused:

Stickies look much better and it also fixed my problem with that mod! :D

Good to hear, i didn't think it was related to the style, many people always assume the style is the problem, but my styles are based from the original vBulletin 4 default style, so this is not the problem.

Been working hard on it the past few weeks since we finally upgraded to vB4. :)

Darren, you should consider selling styles, as I'm sure a lot of people would pay for your styles :)

I would consider buying them for a cheap price of coarse but not with these small errors still

The page change color is off. Its really annoying, don't get me wrong i love your styles but its these small errors that make me say no to downloading them. No harsh fellings? I love your work!

I can no longer see the link for my Arcade.

I cannot remember if I had to do any edits with this skin or not - I had to on some of my others.....there is an excellent thread for arcade fixes here - it helped me.

OK - updated it.

After doing the edits as mentioned in the above arcade fix - the second screenshot is how it should look.

The background color on deleted posts is showing up white and you cant see the text inside the box.


EDIT: Same thing on all your other Styles. :(

hey how can i removed the "SHARE THIS AWESOME COMMUNITY" section, ive got a private forum and we dont want anything to do with twitter and the like

Hi, search in templates for "SHARE THIS AWESOME COMMUNITY" you will see this is contained in a WGO div.. in the FORUMHOME TEMPLATE.

As for the things ive been missing... therad hilight, deleted background etc.. i had been working on my localhost and the forum was not populated enough to display these issues.. so this weekend i will go over all my styles and correct these minor issues, as for future releases i will ensure they do not contain any issues, ive had a lot on my plate of late and haven't had the time to completely run throw the styles.. Soo anyways thanks to everyone who has had something nice to say about my designs it's good to hear actually so you can expect a much higher standard from here on in.

Will the next release be vB 4.0.8 compatible cause they added that whole customize member profile thing and there are more images to upload for that, etc.

Yes i will aim for this over the weekend, but from what i am lead to believe is that vBulletin 4.0.8 will allow for older styles to be implemented without causing any issues, the customized profile section should not be based on the style so i don't see any problems with this, as i mentioned in one of my other threads i am yet to personally check this however i was told that 4.0.8 would add the ability to import older style versions without causing any conflicts.

So at the time of writing this and what ive been told you should be able to import this 4.0.7 style into a 4.0.8 board without any issues, 4.0.8 should now realize that the style is for 4.0.7 and adjust the settings accordingly.

Ive not had a chance to run over 4.0.8 yet so i have no idea what has been dropped or added to the stylevars system... basically if 4.0.8 lets us import a vb4.0.7 style without causing any issues then there will be no need for me to export as a 4.0.8.. i will however fix the few minor stylevars errors such as the deleted thread and things like that etc.

This style is stunning, if you get it to work on 4.0.8, that would be amazing.

Will this be updated for 4.1? I love this skin, just upgraded and the profiles look messed up...

How do you do the little facebook icons in header?

Style will be updated to 4.1, i am currently moving all my demos from TutorialTrucnk.com to CMSTemplateZ.com the move / transfer and style version updates will take several days to complete as many stylevars have been added and many dropped.. So with 10+ free vbulletin 4x styles it's going to take a while, so bare with me over the coming days and weeks, i will update all threads on VB.org ASAP with new demo links / new 4.1 native styles.

Please note it is Xmas time and this will require a lot of time and effort, i will do what i can but sadly there is no quick fix for this.

Just using css and place the facebook / twitter code in the header template.

hi just installed this but after selecting it the option in the footer to change styles dont work its just stuck on the 1

You guys see when it was last updated..........right?

After installing this style I notice that my "Home" tab up top never highlights when it's clicked to go to the home page. Could someone tell me how to fix this?

And yes, I understand this is an older style but I would think the fix would be simple, the issue does not present on the default style.

will this be updated to be compatible with vb 4.2.x i put it in just to get an idea of what it would look like on our forums but some elements weren't compatible.
i really like this style very nice

I'm afraid most folks don't even look at last updates or even read the description and or release dates. It's really a shame too.

I think users of this forum should be required to take some sort of test before being allowed to post :)
