Info
Add an extra content block to the member profile page that could serve for anything from a simple welcome message to a business card presentation.
Features
- Enable per usergroup
- Support BBcode parsing
- Additional profile fields are created automatically
Installation
Import [phpdesk.com]-product-profileintro.xml via AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product]
Settings
Go to: AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Profile Intro Options
Users Go to: UserCP Settings > Edit Profile > Additional Information > Profile Intro
Mod Support

Yes, I'm aware of that and a few other small things to be taken care of, just wanted to release it so that you guys get a chance to test it. Updates will follow soon, so stand by.

P.S. fixed this one, download a fresh copy of the xml installed to update.

I like it. but it does not show on my forum. On 4.0.7

It is enabled and set correctly for the usergroups.

Edit: It does show when editing profile. But not when visiting the profile page.

Please note that currently the profile intro is only viewable to logged in users. If someone wishes to change that functionality further and share the code to be added to the mod, feel free to get in touch.

Just an FYI, This Breaks the AMEFY Mod, I suppose this is a non issue for those running 4.0.5 and above as vB broke already broke the AMEFY hook.

Would definitely install it if it supports all BBCode such as images and video and work for save CSS as a file.

Thanks for the feedback, and for the appreciation, guys.

Please keep in mind that I need to take care of other businesses as well to keep them going. There is also a good reason for the donations to be considered helpful here, too.

I'll be looking forward to releasing a new version of this hack to possibly address the existing issues, and to look into the requested enhancements, just need to find the right time for that.
