I am sorry but I still do not get what does this mod do?

1. What do you mean by Ads Specific forums?
2. This mod hides advertisement specific forums from whom?

he simply uses a condition "if this is NOT forum id X,Y,Z" then show whatever is in the condition.

Guys, there are no pictures.. You simply ad this code and put in your forum ids where you do not want the ads to display.
