Well, what vb license do you have? The forum or the suite? If you have the suite then you can enable and use the vb cms. If you have the forum version then you can download and install another third party mod like vbadvanced for ex.

Do you mean for the vb cms? you could upgrade your forum to the suite for 100$ and download it from your Member Area. Or you meant about the other portal mod? I don''t know if it is allwed to post the url here but try to search the google for it and I am pretty sure you will find it pretty soon.
