ATM, this is scheduled to start at around 10am PST (6pm UK Time) - since it also invloves other sites, a five hour timeslot has been allocated. Therefore please be aware that you may not be able to access the site at various times over this period.

We apologise for any inconvienience this may cause.

Paul M 03-07-2010 08:38 PM

No, I made no mention of vb4.

Figured new hardware meant something related to the forum being upgraded.

Same and I wonder if this is one of the transitions to vb4? ;)

No offense but isn't vb.org supposed to be the ambassador of latest version of vbulletin software and its quite shocking that vb.org is still using 3.6.x which is easily more than 30 versions older than the latest one... would you believe we missed the whole 3.7.x + 3.8.x series at vb.org... it time, we did have atleast a demo of vB 4.0...

Hope its not down for long.

Hardware would mean the server. The forum is software.

This maintenance has nothing to do with vBulletin.org. All the vBulletin sites are moved to a new server location by IB.

Also as this is an announcement and not a discussion piece, closing this thread.

Updates will be posted if we have any new information.
