YOBROMOFO-Flashing PM's

This is an update to ERICGTR so simple flashing PM notification.

PLEASE CLICK INSTALL

Installation is easy.
One template edit.
One image to upload.

First Grab the image, and upload via FTP to yourwebsite.com/forum/images

Remember the path !

Goto: admincp>styles and Templates>yourstyle>header

find:

add under:

Remember to make sure image attributes width and height match the image ;)

Click SAVE

For the sake of universality, wouldn't it be better to use:

Only did absolute url, because some people have convoluted suites, with content and forum here there and everywhere.

Another, Not sure where this came from found it in my FTP when i went to upload this mod decided it matched my forum a bit better so i kept it.

Hi I've installed this and works great only issue I have is it's moved the drop down menu for Notifications to the left.. any ideas?

Here ya go 6 new Animated gif envolopes. i just made these so i know where they came from. :D
all are 20 x 13 px They are all the same just different colors.

Okay thats strange it's nothing to do with your mod... how weird would anyone know how to fix this? added screenshot.

I had noticed this myself LOL and thought it was something else. Obviously its a style issue of sorts

Hi Guys.

Regarding the Offset "Notifications"issue

I think this must be a bug in 4.0.1 as this also happens on showthread on other dhtml menu items, such as mod tools, rate thread etc.

I have totally removed this hack, rebuilt cache, and the issue persists. I am sure it isnt a fault of this mod.

Quick request/question...

There used to be a mod that makes the words "Notifications" tab in 3.8 flash on and off when you had a notification.

Could you PLEASE integrate that into your mod? When someone gets a notification their tab flashes on and off and maybe a custom color for the notify to be chosen from admincp??
