You should have the Avatar In Header modification installed by SevenSkins for the header to display correctly for logged in members. If you do not like the box, simply click the revert header template.

The link is in the release post where you downloaded the attachment.

I like this skin and would like to use it but am unclear as to exactly how to install/implement it. Can anyone point me to a decent tutorial for installing skins in 4.0?

I'm hopefully going to polish this off sometime during the next week and add support for 4.0.2 CMS and blogs to it.

Just gotta wait for 4.0.2
