+ Introduction :

_ Mod Ajax Live Box has the ability to auto update topics in Box with fade in effect that can help member easily observe topics that are updated frequently without pressing F5. With the Fade in effect that have been added, new topics will be highlighted for easy navigation.
_ The topic identification system will help sort out normal topics and sticky topics for members to navigate without mistake.
_ For moderators, this system will automatically stop or rerun Ajax Live Box when mod need to manage their Box

you come into 1 box, create 2 topics, then open 1 topic on another tab, post a comment in this topic , the topic will automatically go to top

Currently using this Ajax Live Box, testing it, hope our forums don't slow... 1000 post each day, a lot of traffic, so if we see forum goes slow, we'll uninstall this great mod.

The description for this modification is very unclear.

I assume this is similar to the 'Live Topic' modification, except that the this only lets new threads appear with fade in forumdisplay. While the 'Live Topic' modification also lets new posts appear in showthread. Is that correct?

I wonder if anyone can help. I've installed this mod and done the necessary template edits. After five seconds, the forum tries to do the ajax thing but goes to a completely blank page. I've had to disable it until someone can advise. Many thanks. Running PL2.

This should be placed into beta with support until the conflicts are ironed out and all issues addressed.

A great idea would be to make the mod so it just doesn't auto up-date the Threads/Posts within a Forum but also on the "New Posts" page.
This way when a poster is looking at the "New Posts" page any time a new post is made it will auto up date it

Isn't the New Posts page just a search rather than a listing?

No, it lists the new posts made since your last visit.

Doesn't matter now.
The Javascript caused my themes hoverover menus to all go weird.

disabled this mod for now. Its causing all the threads to disappear when viewing various sections.

I have uninstalled but it's still showing up in the admincp on the left side column. How do I get rid of it?
