I was on a banking site the other day that had this. I thought it was great and wished VB had one too. So a big thanks for making this.

Request: Make it (an option) so the only way to type in the password is with the virtual keyboard.
2nd Request: After you press each letter make the keyboard jump a little to the left/right/up/down etc. This is the way the banks virtual keyboard worked.

So far so good, no bugs that I have come across yet. I agree with hornstar1337 on
'Request: Make it (an option) so the only way to type in the password is with the virtual keyboard.'

The sad thing dale09, there are many people out there that don't know what a keylogger is or does. Especially with sites out there that are just looking to nab anything they can get their grubby hands on when you visit their site LOL. But you are so right... better safe than sorry :).

Can we have option to using virtualkeyboard or not, so users have an option.

Because some users complaining and some users really like it.

Can you make that option ?

Thanks.

Love it.

I second this. I can see how it's valuable, especially to certain security types of people. Other's, couldn't care less about a forum account and don't want to be bothered. So a default setting of "on/off" and then a per user setting that they can change in their userCP would be really good. =)

Have you tried tabbing over after you type in a user name or clicking inside the password box?

The keyboard should show up right underneath the user name and password box.

Be sure that you are using the correct version. Currently I am using v 4.01, with the latest VSK v1.02

If you are using 4.01PL1, then use VSK v 1.01

I don't think is userCP its really good, because they should choose when their want to log in, if they are in public PC they should use VSK, but for personal PC they can use standard with keyboard. So if the setting in usercp and they are in pubic computer, they must log in first then turn off or turn on ? funny... Please do option near the password field(s) or on/off button near that. Thanks.

hcmagix 01-22-2010 10:07 PM

can I activate a virtual KB with QWERTZ layout?

mfowler70 03-12-2010 08:53 PM

Tagging. Would like to be able to make the keyboard appear and disappear by clicking an icon (small keyboard maybe) next to the password field.

GamerPerfection 03-13-2010 11:53 AM

This is a great idea, and I will definitely consider installing it.

However, there are keyloggers out there these days that capture mouse clicks, or even worse they take screenshots on every mouse click, therefore a screenshot of each click on the virtual keyboard. :(

ged 03-30-2010 12:05 AM

Will it support Turkish?

darkman 03-30-2010 12:56 AM

Installed - great work!
