move my header to the center of the page, it looks a little odd, being to the left

strangely, i have gained 12 new members in 2 days of not allowing them to do the browsing thing, thanks for your imput

If you read above the code box, it specifically states to REPLACE the code.

I looked at the code, and replaced the nearest I could find, but I ended up with the logo twice, Im not at all knowledgeable about the code side of things
