Database backup
 

hi there i have problem but i dont know what is problem exactly , with database always doing backup of database via ADMINCP but my backup have 500MB when i download database i get just 150 MB and nothing.. in end of sql i open with notepad in end must write "DATABASE DUMP COMPLETET" right!! but i get this error/!?

Hi in my opinion the safeway to do a back up is from your cpanel not the admin cp

If you don't have shell access, some people have also reported success with these scripts:

i have proved this script

the bigdump is for import not for backup

So i have just one problem when sending email to users i give error just 1000 email going .. then get error

Works fine with big boards.

Just have to make a directory
/home/user/backups - chmod 777

then run it.

yyes is 777 but i get this error when run from scheduled task

You set the path correctly?
/home/username/backups
create a folder lol, same level as public_html

lol i have create folder bro

/public_html/backups :S

NOT IN PUBLIC_HTML!!!!
just when you login to your server via ftp, create a new folder there.

bro path is correct .

If you get that error then path is not chmodded to 777 or its incorrect.
Dont want to be posting the same thing over and over so thats the only problem.

bro look i create folder backups but why when i run manual from Scheduled Tasks one folder is created with backups2009 and date and the backups continues but is stoped with error in my admicp internal server error
