Is there a plugin to give a deadline to shippers that have been read?
or should I create?

I don't understand "shippers". Do you mean "posts" or "threads", maybe?

E' possibile dare ore/giorni/mesi a utente che viene inserito nel gruppo in lettura come regolarmente avviene per gli utenti bannati?
Esiste un plugin o si deve creare e come?

So what you want is something that will let you assign a user to a usergroup for a certain amount of time, the same way a user is banned for a certain amount of time?

Sorry for the delayed response I have had commitments but was easy to find a way, I just put on NO as banned users this:
