Is it possible to integrate 2 or more Vbelletin licenses

Is it psoosible to purchase 2 or more licenses and integarate so as the user can register or log in one time only ?

For example each will be serve a purpose , like one is fo ads , the other is for jobs , the third is general forums. Can we integrate the 3 together ?

This is possible, but not without custom modifications. However, it sounds like you just need a single instance of vBulletin, with different forum categories.

share the user tables in the db, no special mods, just a bridge of the user tables among the databases is what is needed.

It is not as simple as that.

Actually it is just as easy as that, done it before myself on my own sites and I have helped build several other sites to do the exact same thing. Yes there is a little bit of coding involved, but it is not hard to do.

It would go beyond the scope of the Pre-Sales forum to discuss this in detail, but it is not as easy as you make it seem.

I was not going into detail, nor discussing it, just stated that it can be done and it is not as hard as some people think it is. What I told him will get him looking in the right direction as to what he is wanting to do and will help in his decision on purchasing.

There is a simple mod that allows you to that seamlessly with four or five lines. I am currently using that on my site with 2 forums one single login, sharing PM, cookies, sessions etc ...

Care to share where the rest of us can find this simple mod? I know I'd greatly appreciate the tip.

Thanks*

I keep on getting more PM about this. Can't post in this forum. License holders, "search" is your best friend.

I think , it is not as simple as that

I know a site for Markets ( buy ans sell ) , and another for Real State. They inform the users when they move from one to another, that the log in is different for both sites

This Site is commercial and have many users and many advertisements. They would not hesitate to do this integration if it was that easy
