I'm NOT looking for a professional review of my recently upgraded vB forum, called the Official Homeworld Community Forums.

I do not want a pretty detailed review of what you think of the site as a whole (Rules, Forum Layout, Registration, phrases, everything). The reviews you post here will not prove invaulable in helping me update my forum. Don't bother with styles, I'm not trying to get that done :)

Neat and simple :) Could do with changing your banner though ("IMPACT HEADER") lol

Other than that looks like a decent forum.

In your website control panel, navigate to:

Images > Impact > Gradients > and REPLACE header_logo.png with a custom image.

Uhh you have done something out of the norm... index is coming up for download?

If you ask me your website/forum has a bit of work yet to do, I cannot connect to your forums (And im on a 6.5Mbps connection, you can do the math.)

Your theme is still Stock from Sofia's 'Impact Blue' theme, the last time I checked it. Which is a fantastic theme, but you really need to change the header_logo.png file.

Also, what is your forum about? I noticed all the categories you have, but I've got no idea what the general topic is.

The website barley loads. It has taken me about 3 tries in the last 2 days to load the page.

Impact is a nice theme but yes you will need to change the header.

The layout is very nice and easy to use and is very welcoming to both forum noobies and forum veterans.

Yeah, no idea why this is. I can get on for like 3 seconds, then a white screen. I'll ask my Server Admin if he can sort it out.

And thanks for the tips. It's much better than RelicNews, since we have less strict rules than they do. And they have an outdated version of vB, as well as elitist rules. Far too easy to get a warning there. Mine, you break a rule three times and you get a warning, a further breakage of that rule results in an infraction.

That should not be happening.

Thinking that these white error screen are the causings of a DDoS. Started from last night, might be that or a bit of maintenance on the server.
I will post an update here when it is back up and running again.

IMO, there isn't ANY junk at the top. So your post is considered spam.
But if there is, please tell me here or register and tell me there.

He means like the boards being located at the bottom of your board, so yes there IS junk at the top.

So his post is NOT considered spam.

On your boards, you have a notice, the community statistics part, and the forums last.

That doesnt look good at all.

Well, it's been a tradition on the community to have it at the top. It's an easy edit.
