I'm getting a gray line below my nav bar and not sure what is producing, here is a screen shot:

That's a very small image and I can see nothing on it. Your site looks fine to me.

It doesn't show up on firefox. But, you have an empty table right after the search bar there:
Remove it.

To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.

thanks lynne for info, I have enabled this but i can't find which template to edit, the soruce is a mess :( was wondering if anyone can help

Are you using some sort of modification to compress your code? If so, you need to turn it off to use the option I told you about. I can't figure out the template because you either turned that option back off, or you are using some output compression mod. (You could help yourself so much more by putting your stylesheets into the file system instead of using that compression mod.)

it's true that i use compression, it's vBSEO mod that removes white space i guess i will turn it off and debug it and i will move the css code now.

ok i turned it off but still can't find comments :( i made sure the add comments option is on

Then that isn't it. I just took a look at your page source and all the header code is one single line. Whatever is causing that to happen is the mod you need to turn off.

I think it's facebook connect hmm i don't really want to turn it off, well I will try to find the table manually and thanks a lot for your time guys :)

Check your CSS and html for its inclusion, then comment it out to check
