i use FF everyday but only because IE is problematic on my work PC. I would use IE normally.

Firefox is better

IE Always have problem...

IE is actually pretty smooth and runs faster than FF because its builtin to the OS. But my job installed an app that screws with IE and makes it difficult to type (skips letters every so often).

I just use FF because its smoother at my job. Otherwise, I like IE better.

I use firefox because I don't even have IE.

i think its time for all the site & forum maker to put stop to this ever one knows that IE is no good so why use it, i think one of them need to bye the other one and i vote for Firefox to bye IE ..

here is a thing to make you love firefox even more go here

go to ur Firefox and browse for about:config

then look for network.http.pipelining = true
then
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests = 150
then
network.http.proxy.pipelining = true
now restart ur Firefox, now ur Firefox is 150 times faster then ur IE

I use both but I prefer FF over IE anyday.

I use FF but I have IE7, IE8, chrome and safari installed

btw, IE is the only one that messes up your login box

IE8 is actually very good, standards compliant, fast and stable. In fact I would say it is a better browser than Firefox 3.5.X.

Of course on pages like your's which have IE7 and IE6 compatibility hacks and run in IE7 compatibility mode it still looks like crap but that isn't really the browser's fault. Anyway, I am required to use IE8, Firefox, Chrome and Safari on a daily basis. The webkit engine is nice. Just a shame that the browsers implementing it have crappy interfaces and don't use my Operating System's features properly.

firefox all the way................................

What is this "IE" that you talk of? I guess its the same thing as the "internet explorer" you mentioned?

Ohhhh yea, I remember now. Years ago people actually used internet explorer to view webpages. That was before Firefox came out. Those were some wild days back then, with malware infections, browser crashing all the time, drive by infects, activeX exploits,,, I am so glad people do not use ie anymore. Its kinda like lead in the drinking water.

internet explorer just seems so "ancient" to say the least. Talking about it makes me think of the horse and buggy days. How did people do anything back then? And with the malware/spyware infections, how did people ever use internet explorer?

Thankfully, just like someone invented the car, and got us out of horse and buggy days, developers gave us FireFox.
