Vb4?
I've heard rumors about this being released. If I buy VB now and it comes out within 12 months, I won't have to pay for VB4 will I?
The best place to get this question answered is over on vb.com since that is where you would purchase your software. You may be interested in this announcement posted yesterday over there - Some answers to important licensing questions

So off of what that post is saying, if I keep paying that $60 a year or how ever mouch it is I'll be good?
Yes, but when 4 comes out you wont have to pay every year.
Well, hopefully it comes it within the year that I buy it. Lol, Thanks. That's all I was wondering. When people talk in a professional matter sometimes confuses me so I thought I'd ask here and just have someone give me a simpler answer lol. Thanks both of you :D

If he only believes something he should not post it as a fact. Especially not in a Pre-Sales forum where someone might depend his purchase on the answers given.
Um something i read :P after my friend telling me about the vb4 leak :P which then i googled :P.
Well a leak is not an official document, and nothing can be claimed based on that.
Why start a discussion, instead of just answering the question properly?
peace! |
Because there is no answer at this time. Once these things have been decided on it will be posted as an official aanouncement on vBulletin.com.
Im gonna buy it ofc... I love vbulletin so much ^^ And vb4 will own because its finally Seo friendly and it will hopefully own vbseo which is def. overpriced. (in my eyes)
