I get hundreds of visitors everday but no members :(

It's a bit dark for me. I thought my display brightness changed when I went to your page.

I'd get rid of the Moderator column (since you are the only one listed everywhere) and that will allow the Forum name/description to be larger and it will look nicer.

I like the dark styles as well i use the heavy metal one on my site. But i really like your site:)

I love the style.. content seems lacking though..

What is different about your site that anyone elses? Maybe you just don't stand out in some peoples eyes?

well u dont have many members but seems the lil # of members you have are pretty loyal..

maybe your advertisement methods ? i like to make an impression on people when they come to the site , but sometimes that doesnt work , so content in King on retaining loyal members .. try looking at your content << maybe thats what causing people not to feel interested...

the style is dark , and looks like its not "New" , seems boring , maybe that too keeps people off , i dont feel "ALIVE" in your site , a change in colors , template , style might render some luck , play around with designs , maybe that will help.

Thanks for the idea's guys, I personally don't think it's the design. I have seen other forums that are UGLY and are really busy

site is not bad, but personally if I were you I would use a lighter grey background on the posts than the one you have now. Right now it is a bit too dark and there not enough contrast between the text and the background color.

I agree with others, I like the darker theme, but it kinda looks like its dingy and smoked, makes me wanna clean my moniter. Reading significant amounts of text in that low contrast is hard on the eyes, perhaps brighten up the gray pinstripe and charcoal text, Just a little, and perhaps take the surround to a dark dark red to keep the tone consistent with your dark theme.

Lose the donation box for guests - looks like your just wanting money
Lose the forum stats block - no one cares
Lose the tag cloud on forum home
Change the notice and use the better welcome header mod or use vbadvanced

I could not work out what your site was about in 30seconds, perhaps that why you are not getting members.

I dont neccesarily like dark styles, you can lighten it up, maybe use a lighter skin so that people can actually see what they're doing on the forums...
