I like a number of these, but went for the gameroom.

Difficult choice. All modules are good, but I vote for The Gameroom - Multiplayer gaming (follow up to Casino).

This mod is a "game changer"..... It is the "best kept secret on the site" !!

OBTW, the Gameroom is great too!

However, if you want more web traffic (and who does not?!), the "da Translator" is a must have..... "da Bomb!"

It is not for the "faint of heart" however, it is a real "game changer"..... Cheers!

Why is it in the graveyard? Surely a potential MOTM can't be in there :confused:

The author removed it on Wednesday, and yes, you are correct, it can no longer be in the MOTM. Removed.

Should we uninstall it than Paul is it not safe? dont understand why he would move it there

The only reason the author gave was: Suck it.

You will need to decide for yourself, based on that statement, if you want to keep it or not. But please do not use this thread to discuss issues with a modification.

Those members should be able to vote again for something else.

The reason was mostly because of disparaging comments made by the vBSEO team (which we think were inaccurate, unfounded, and simply their "opinion" not proven facts). It was sad to the all the "negative misinformation" that was created, especially when the translation mod and the vBSEO Lifestats mod were competing, at the same time, for MOTM. An obvious conflict-of-interest.

I note that the vBSEO team seem to be all over the net, stalking and putting down the translation mod at every opportunity, making their comments known, and then closing down threads so others who disagree cannot comment. They recently closed two threads on the vBSEO site (which has made a number of their paying customer very unhappy).

The issue is that the vBSEO team believe that translations breaks their marketing concept of "link consensus"; however, every person or team who runs the mod sees their traffic go way up and no search penalty.

Folks don't mind that vBSEO has an opinion. However, bullying the rest of the community (posting their strong opinions and then closing the threads) who disagrees with them is getting quite annoying and needs to stop.

We don't need the vBSEO team stalking supporters of machine language translation, closing threads, and bullying others who do not believe they are "SEO Gods"... they are just mere mortals like the rest of us. LOL.

Note: I plan to write a very detailed post about this issue, including the myth of "link consensus" on a very popular site and blog with many readers that cannot be shut down by those with a conflict-of-interest.
