Well vB being typical vB gives us an ugly modal box to tell us we have a new PM. This mod replaces that with a sexy jQuery slidy thingy!

Has lots of options for customizing the slider. Including optional jQuery include if you are already using jQuery on your forum. And automatic template edits :)

Also, the user must have the popup enabled for this to show up

Well, the PM notification by default only shows up once anyway. This will behave the same. Also, if you send the PM to your self it wont show up. Best way to test is it to get a friend to send you a PM or use a test user and send your self one. Also, some of my users said that the javascript box that comes with vB doesn't work for them all the time. So that could also be a problem.

Where is the template pretty_pm_notif?

Awesome Idea - but does not work for me in any way!

FF 3.5 / vBulletin 3.8.3

Bar does not show up - and YES - Hack is activated in the Options.

This Addon cannot work because the Template pretty_pm_notif is missing. Pretty self explained :D

Future suggestion: Instead of the direct color codes, can we get the option to use pre-existing classes so that it looks perfect in light AND dark styles (when your site offers BOTH light and dark choices)? Obviously one color won't work using this mod.

I think that's a better choice than using direct codes in modifications such as these...

Just a quick question. Is there a way to get the "Close" link to have a hover color? The PM Message itself has it, but the Close link doesn't.
