i see 3 XMLs in it, how'd i know which one would be best suitable for me?

nickson; Yes, There are three XML's, but they are quite clearly named.

If you're running vBulletin 3.8.1, install the XML with "381" at the end, before the ".xml"
If you're running vBulletin 3.8.2, install the XML with "382" at the end, before the ".xml"
If you're running vBulletin 3.8.3, install the XML with "383" at the end, before the ".xml"

Hi nickson, the multiple xml files provided are to make things easier for those who are not running up-to-date versions of vBulletin. I am providing all existing xml's for my Themes.

Looks good but I would suggest getting rid of that green glow in the banner. Other than that it looks great!
